European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On July 30th 2007, the American company Grace Performance Chemicals (a subsidiary of the W.R Grace & Co group) opened a research facility in the Poznań Science and Technology Park. This unit will employ 100 scientists and will concentrate on studies of cement and concrete additives and of foils for packaging used in the food and cosmetics industries.
