Description

Autobar Packaging France, a firm that manufactures packaging products, are to cut 139 jobs in its Soustons and Mont-de-Marsan plants in the South of France between September and December 2007. This was announced by the firm's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to the firm's works council on 23rd July 2007. The CEO explained that strong global competition was the cause of the financial difficulties and poor profitability of the two factories.

Autobar Packaging manufactures and sells a range of packaging products for use in the food, drink, health, and home and personal care sectors.
