Description

The Student Loans Company, a public body that provides financial support to students in the UK, is to create 390 jobs in Darlington.

The firm is moving from it's current Mowden Hall site into new offices at the town's Lingfield Point business park. The firm, which already employs 130 in Darlington, says the expansion plan will take the total workforce to about 520 by April 2008.
