Description

Dutch firm CTP Invest are to create 3000 jobs in North Slovakia with the development of a new site. The investment will be located in an Industrial Park in Dolný Hričov. CTP Invest will establish a centre there to provide services for businesses. The merits of the location are that Dolný Hričov has good traffic channels to the Kia Motors plant operating in nearby Žilina, and also to the new Hyundai factory in Nošovce in the Czech Republic. The start of construction work related to the new investment is due to start in autumn 2007, but it is not yet clear when the employment associated with the investment will start to take effect.
