European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ICI Paints Polska, the Polish subsidiary of the ICI Paints group, plan to build a paint factory in Pilawa, near Warsaw, and to hire approximately 100 employees to work at the new site. The new facility will produce paints for wood and metal (including the Dulux, Hammerite, Pillak, and Ekonowinka brands). The company has been operating in Poland since 1997, and has 300 employees in its existing factory, also in Pilawa.
