Description
Inmet, a Canadian mining corporation, announced on 15 June 2007 that it is investing over 460 million Euro in Seville’s copper mine 'Cobre las Cruces'. The decision comes after twelve years of negotiations with the Andalusia regional government. The extraction and refinement plants is expected to employ as many as 300 workers. According to previous studies, there is enough raw material to work during 15 years.
