Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The audit and consulting company KPMG Romania announced the intention to hire at least 100 young graduates by the end of the year. The number of KPMG employees in Romania is approximately 400. Last year the company hired 100 graduates. The company representatives hope that the new 100 young graduates will develop KPMG Romania` bussiness by around 30%. KPMG last year posted total revenues worth EUR 22.7 million, an increase with 35% compared with 2005.
