European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Ceramaspeed, the British producer of ceramic glass heating elements and electronic control systems, will transfer production from its existing facility in Kidderminister (in the British Midlands) to Poland in 2008. The details of the Polish location yet have to be determined. The company will eliminate roughly 250 jobs at its British headquarters and will employ the same number of people in Poland.
