European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Tests France, a French subsidiary of Tests Group, a publisher of media, announced on 1 June 2007 its plans to cut 143 jobs and create 40 jobs before December 2007. The plans were told at a meeting with the company's works council and respond to the repurchase of the group by NextradioTV for the amount of 80 million Euros. Some newspapers of the group are expected to be sold but it is not known yet which ones. In June 2007 Tests France employed 422 people.
