Representatives of British developer Dorchester Group of Companies will invest more than13 billion SKK in north Slovakian Spišská Nová Ves region. Initially, the range of investment was expected at around half of the amount. At present, the new investment project is administered by state authorities. According to the director of Dorchester Group of Companies, Gary Silver, construction works should start within the next two years and, the development project is planned to be accomplished within eight years period. This big project is focussed on development of tourism in very attractive country side of Slovakia. Around 5,000 new jobs will be created in the new tourism centre, which will provide attractive leisure time services for clients in summer as well as winter seasons.
