European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Awbud of Zawiercie, the Polish construction group specialising in production of concrete, prefabricated concrete elements, and paving stones, has taken over a competing pavers producer, Utex Sigma of Mikołów (employing 100 people), at a cost of approximately 7 million PLN. As the consequent of this transaction, Awbud will have a workforce of more than 400 persons, and its annual sales will exceed 120 million PLN.
