European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ISS Logistique et Production, an automobile equipment supplier and the subsidiary company of the British Capital Venture City Bank, announced on 18 May 2007 the closure of its factory in Fleury sur Andelle (Eure). The site, which currently employs 104 people, will close down on 31 August 2007. This decision responds to the loss of contracts with French automobile manufacturer PSA Peugeot-Citroën SA.
