Description
The Danish company TK Development is willing to invest 50 million EUR in the setting up of a shopping mall in Pleven. High ranking company officials met with Pleven deputy mayor Valentin Mateev and vowed to create 1,000 new working places in the town. The company has chosen Pleven for its investment on the basis of economic surveys showing optimistic results about the town's future development. Pleven is among the first Bulgarian municipalities contacted from the Danish firm for its activities, said Mrs Kostadinova from the Public relations department of the municipality.
TK Development is the biggest Danish building company and is presented in nine countries in Northern and Eastern Europe. Two among its biggest share-holders are Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and Morgan Stanley and Co. International Limited.
