European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
DSG International is setting up a new Czech subsidiary Shared Services Centre DSGI and is looking for its new management. The United Kingdom based company DSG International, one of the largest consumer electronics retailers in Europe, decided to move its financial services centre from Britain to the Czech Republic. The centre located in Brno is to be open in September 2007 and should hire 50 people in the first stage and up to 200 persons within 2 years. The company already owns the Electro World chain in the Czech Republic.
