The Japanise company, the producer of LCD televisions, plans to build a factory in Biskupice Podgórne by Wrocław. The company will employ approximately 1,000 workers over the coming three years.

According to the information of 2007.09.18 the company has opened the factory on 2007.07.25 and employs 750 people as of September 2007. In 2010 Toshiba will employ 1000 workers.
