Description
MTTM, the French port maintenance and industrial logistics company, announced on 3 March 2007 that MTTM Montoir is to build a new distribution centre at Montoir, near Saint Nazaire and Nantes (Loire Atlantique). MTTM Montoir, which employs 400 people in this site, will create 150 jobs between January 2008 and April 2010.
In the first stage of the construction process, 6,000 square metres of warehouses will be built, as well as the new headquarters of the company. The centre is designed in a way that it can host logistic projects for other companies. MTTM also plans to operate a 14,000 square metre facility at Trignac, in the Logistiport platform. The company will invest a total of 14 million Euros in these two projects.
