Description
WSK Rzeszów, the largest aviation company in the Podkarpacie region (a subsidiary of the American group UTC), plans to hire 600 new employees in 2007, including at least 400 operators of numerical machine tools. Present employment at WSK Rzeszów is 4,500 persons, including 3,600 workers manning production lines for airplane engine components and making complete powerplants for the F-16 fighter. In 2006, WSK took on 300 new employees.
