Description

Motorola, the global leader in wireless and broadband communications, is to dismiss 3,500 workers worldwide due to the need to bring down costs. The staff reduction is to be finished by the middle of 2007. The restructuring measure will bring 400 million USD savings in the next two years. Currently, Motorola employs 67,000 people worldwide.
