Description
The operative unit of the Swedish Armed Forces will be relocated from Uppsala to Stockholm. The decision has been taken for both organisational and economical reasons, explained Jörgen Ericsson, chief at the Swedish Armed Forces. Some 200 jobs will be affected by the removal plan. Any timetable for the implementation of the decision has not been set yet. 'We hope that the staff members who live in Uppsala will be willing to keep on within the operative unit and work in Stockholm', said Jörgen Ericsson.
