European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Habitat, chain store operated by franchising in Greece, was a part of French Import SA, a global group dealing with household goods. Due to financial difficulties, all of Habitat's stores in Greece were closed down just before Christmas and all employees were dismissed.
