Description
Japanese auto parts maker Denso has announced that its Hungarian unit, Denso Manufacturing Hungary, will expand its diesel common rail system production capability at its Székesfehérvár site. Denso Manufacturing Hungary, founded in 1997 and located in Székesfehérvár, started its business with the distribution of diesel injection pumps, and now it produces a number of power-train management related products including fuel providing system for diesel engines and common rail system. The planned investment of around HUF 9.5 billion (EUR 38.3 million) will result in building a 9,600 sq.m. facility and some 200 jobs are expected to be created by the end of 2007. Construction works on the new facility are to start in April 2007 and be completed by July 2007, while production is scheduled to start in January 2008. Denso Manufacturing Hungary will have a capital of EUR 191.3 million after planned capital increase.
