Description
Dutch banking and insurance group ING Groep NV announced on 8 December 2006 that ING Direct France (banking operations) will create 200 jobs between September 2007 and December 2010 in Reims (Marne). ING Direct currently employs 380 people in France and wishes to open a second call centre in Reims in 2007. Activity is expected to start in September 2007 with a team of 40 employees recruited on the spot, with the objective to create up to 200 jobs in 2010. In 2006, ING set up an internal restructuring plan in several EU countries.
