The garrison in Eger, Northern Hungary, will also be closed down and its employees will be relocated to another city in the Eastern part of the country. Parallel with the dismissals, the number of contracted soldiers in the army will be increased by about 5,000. In the future 10,219 soldiers will be employed at the land forces.
