European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Starwood, the owner of the hotel chain Sheraton, announced on 20 July 2006 that it will open a five-star hotel in Mont-roig del Camp (Tarragona) in January 2008.
The Sheraton hotel, the first one of the chain in Catalonia, will be built in a residential area which is connected to the Golf Club Bonmon.
Starwood is planning to create 200 direct jobs.
