Description
Biotros is a member of Elgeka group which produces cheese products. Thanks to public subsidies, it has been able to expand and create 36 additional jobs to a workforce of 140. VIOTROS is one of the largest producer of processed cheese and cheese alternatives in Greece and one of the biggest in Europe, with a production capacity of 2500 tons per month. Its leading brands include Formapizza Topping, Formatoast and Alto di Pizza, which are alternatives to Edam and Gouda, free of milk fat (as it is substituted by vegetable oils) and, for the majority of them, they are also lactose free. VIOTROS exports to 40 countries worldwide.
