European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Attiki Bank announced its plan to introduce a voluntary exit scheme affecting about 10% of its total workforce. The implementation will be completed till the end of 2006. According to the latest information, the internal restructuring measures are expected to be followed by a merger or acquisition.
