European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Renault Trucks, the manufacturer of trucks, announced on 7 October 2006 that its factory in Bourg en Bresse (Ain) will create 390 new jobs between December 2006 and December 2007.
This increase in employment responds to the activity growth foreseen by the group.
The factory in Bourg en Bresse employs 1,350 people and experienced an increase in its sales turnover of 9% over the first months of 2006.
