European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Germany's REHAU will invest 20 million euro to expand its plant in Śrem near Poznań. The aim of this project is to open up a division of automatic production of PVC window shapes. At present, the plant employs 90 people. When the development project is accomplished, the employment will augment by 100 people. REHAU has also four research centres in Poland, where it employs 300 people. The company plans to create one more research centre in Śrem.
