European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The KBC Bank will recruit 800 new staff between October 2006 and the end of 2007. The banking and insurance group will hire 400 new people for its branch network, 150 for its ICT team and 250 for sales and marketing and for centralised services.
Updated information (2006-11-24): Over the last three months, the bank/insurance group KBC made a profit of more than one billion euro.
