Restructuring events
European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A new shopping centre, Modelo Continente, opened on 4 October 2006 in Valongo (Oporto). 115 new jobs were created following the opening of this new branch of Modelo Continente.
This new commercial area includes a Modelo hypermarket, several shops and free parking.
