European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Montuotojas, one of the largest special erection works companies in Lithuania, which employs 1,000 people, intends to expand its activity and to employ 150 new workers. At present the company operates at more than 100 construction sites. The company with the headquarters in Vilnius has its branches in Panevezys, Alytus and Klaipeda. The company faces currently some difficulties to find new workers because of the shortage of qualified workforce. Last year about 40 employees left the company and started to work in Scandinavian companies.
