European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ACTM Group announced on 20 September 2006 that it had bought the company Trailor SA, a manufacturer of trailers located in Lunéville (Meurthe et Moselle), in the east of France. Trailor SA, which employs 256 people, has serious financial difficulties. ACTM Group, also specialised in manufacturing of trailers, announced that it will cut 60 jobs in Lunéville before the end of 2006. It is expected that after the acquisition the sales turnover of the company will range between 35 and 39 million euro in 2007.
