European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Germany’s Viessmann, which has been operating for six years in the Legnica Special Economic Zone, invested another 10 million PLN into their plant. The money has been spent on developing a new production line of solid fuel water boilers. Up till now, Viessmann plant in Legnica has only been manufacturing parts for heating systems, but now it is going to produce ready-made heating products. When the investment is completed the Legnica plant will augment employment from 254 to 450 persons.
