European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
After examination of the financial standing of Domoform, a manufacturer of kitchen furniture which is part of the Snaidero group, the 'commercial court' of Poitiers, in Vienne, decided on 1 September 2006 that Domoform would have to close the factory in Montmorillon, Vienne, before the end of September 2006. The site employs 228 people.
