Description
UK-owned healthcare giant, Boots, is planning to create 800 new jobs in the Republic of Ireland, as it embarks on a major expansion in Dublin and across the country. Over the next five years, the company intends to have a presence in every city and provincial town in the Republic. Once completed, this would raise total employment from 1,200 up to 2,000. The addition of 30 new stores will bring the number of Boots stores to over 70 by 2011.
