Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Centre national pour l'aménagement des structures des exploitations agricoles (Cnasea) is a financial publicly-owned establishment. The CNASEA intervenes within the framework of government aid in the medical and social field. It has several activities: payment of government aid (assistance to farmers, assistance to handicapped workers…); activities of councils, controls and studies in the medical and social field.
Cnasea envisages to increase and modernise its activity because of the new missions which are given to it by the French state. 80 jobs will be created in Limoge (Region centre), and 15-20 jobs at the 23 regionals sites in France.
