European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The small enterprise GBV Transports (35 employees) has announced its intention to expand. GBV Transports (established in Calais in the north of France) exports goods between the south of France and the United Kingdom (UK) and increases its activity very strongly each year. GBV Transports has announced that it will invest EUR 15 million (and to buy new trucks) and create 100 new jobs before January 2008.
