Prague will have the second biggest international airport in the country, besides Ruzyně International Airport. The new airport located in Vodochody (30 minutes from the city centre) is scheduled to be built by 2010 and expected to serve up to 5 million passengers a year. The overall infrastructure of the airport (hotels, restaurants, shops and other services) will bring up to 8,000 employment opportunities. The government is now looking for a potential investor.
