Description
The 'Filature Cheniménil' (French Group La Filature) is closing down, dismissing its 116 employees. The 'Filature Cheniménil' was five months in 'legal monitoring'. The decision was made by mutual agreement by the direction and the 116 employees as a result of the significant monthly losses: EUR 200,000 -recorded by the company-). Competition from Asia is the cause of the bankruptcy. The Group La Filature has two other units in activity (Vosges: Ramonchamp and Nomexy).
