European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Denali Partners, an American consultancy and investments firm, has announced that they are going to close a centre in Madrid. The company bought this centre from Tyco, the American electronics multinational, at the end of April 2006. Unions have denounced that the company is going to sell the building now that the prices are very high in that neighbourhood of Madrid.
