Description
The DBApparel group which has the underwear brands DIM and Playtex, announced in May 2006 that it was going to cut 950 jobs in DIM throughout Europe in 2006 and 2007. In France, 450 jobs (out of a total of 2,500 in the country) are to be lost in 2006. A unit (Chateau Chinon, Nievre) will close down completely (95 jobs). The CEO did not explain the reasons of this internal restructuring.
