Description

Forte, a furniture producer based in Ostrowa Mazowiecka, is laying plans to dismiss some 500 persons over 18 months (out of a total workforce of 3300). These redundancies are caused by declining orders for furniture, by high cost of raw materials, and the resulting need to trim cost.
