European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The management of the lighting equipment manufacturer Sylvania have announced its restructuring plan. 104 out of the 522 current jobs will be cut. This restructuring will make the company more competitive and assure its future.
