Description

Fiat Auto Poland will hire 150 new employees (for painting, assembly, and mechanics) for its factory in Tychy, increasing the current workforce of 3217. The expansion is due to brisk orders for the Fiat Panda. Also, the Tychy plant will commence, as of mid-2007, to produce the new Fiat 500 and, in 2008, Fiat Auto Poland will embark on production (also in Tychy) of the new Ford Ka in a joint venture with Ford. According to the information of 2007.05.20 the company actually employs 3700 people and plans the employ 1000 new workers until the end of 2009.
