Description

1200 employees have been dismissed from subsidiaries of the Budapest-based Rehabit Komplex Kft and from its sub-contractors in North East Hungary. The company, which manufactures office stationary, has 60 units all over Hungary and 95% of the employees are people with disabilities. There is no exact information about the details of and about the reasons behind the dismissals but the company issued a press release about dismissals in the company's unit in Southern Hungary in which they blame the decrease in the the government's financial support for companies employing people with disabilities.
