European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The group Eurogiciel, a software consultancy from Toulouse, is a key player in the French market. It aims to stay independent while maintaining high but controlled growth. In March 2006 it announced the creation of 310 jobs over the next three years in their French establishments in Bordeaux, Nantes, Paris, Lyon, Sophia-Antipolis, Marseille. The group currently employes 415 and it expects its sales to grow by 20%, based on customer orders.
