The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.

Whilst continuing to refocus on its key brands, Rémy Cointreau maintains its objective of double-digit organic growth in operating profit on ordinary activities in 2005/06, the company concluded. The firm is expected to shed 10% of its combined work force of 1,844. 126 have opted for voluntary redundancy and 55 have accepted for pre-retirement measures.
