Description

Automotive lighting, a global leader in exterior automotive lighting, founded in 1999 as a joint venture between Magneti Marelli and Robert Bosch (lighting division), intends to expand its current production at the Czech site in Pávov near the city of Jihlava and to increase its current staff of 1,700 by 630 new jobs within 4 years. New production is to start in 2006 and is expected to double the production capacity to 6 million car lights per year. The company aims to become the main supplier for South Korean automotive company Hyundai Motor's new plant, planned to be built in the Czech Republic in the near future
