Description

More than 370 workers at a Wearside furniture firm are to be made redundant after attempts to find a buyer failed. Last month Sunderland-based Stag Furniture went into administration and cut 180 jobs after making losses of £10m in three years.

Trading will cease in the next few weeks because it was unable to find anyone to take over.
