European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Shell, one of the leading retail corporation of automotive fuel, intends to create 1,000 jobs at German fuel stations. The entrants are to provide additional maintenance services such as car washing. Shell aims at increasing its market share.
